A creative from Washington, DC who took a break to experience entrepreneurship but has since returned to the workforce!

Born in the DC area, I am at home here in the city. I attended college not far at Bowie State University while interning as a graphic designer at an IT company located in Tysons. After school, my first full-time job at TMP Government began my professional career as a digital designer and has provided me with over a decade of not only design experience , but also extensive client-facing interactions like proposal writing and in-person pitches. I’ve been awarded not only an Addy, but also a Webby for my design in my career.

Always looking for a challenge, I took a break from design to pursue personal endeavors like my creation, and eventual sale, of my app ValPark Mobile. I dabbled in various forms of freelance digital and other forms of design and I even became an investor in some hospitality ventures during my hiatus. But, design has always ruled my interest and I’m excited to apply my 15+ years of experience with a new company and clients.
